Field Trips

PERFECT FOR HOLIDAYS, MOTHER’S DAY, FATHER’S DAY AND END OF THE YEAR PROJECTS.

Your place or ours; we bring pottery to you for your school, day care, or residential facility. We’ll work with your budget to create a custom project for your needs, or choose from items including:
4 1/4 “ tile, 6” tile, small figurine, 12 oz mug or rim salad plate.

Pottery to go: Want the ultimate in flexibility, pick up pieces and paint and hold your fieldtrip whenever or wherever you want. Your pottery to go kit will include all instruction, paints and brushes. A small deposit is required, and prices are based on items painted.

In studio: For small groups like scouts, home-schools, and pre-schools, our studio can seat 24 painters. Reservation required for groups of 6 or more.
*Yes, we provide discounts for groups of 10 or more. Two weeks advance notice and deposit required. *Discounts apply with 6 or more painters, pre-selected item, and 5 pre-selected colors.

On the Road: We bring the pottery to you. Perfect for class projects, school projects, or fund-raisers. We bring the pieces, paint, palettes, and brushes. You provide the tables and the imagination. Prices start at $5 per student, minimum 10 painters. Travel fee of $10 applies to locations south of BV and west of Hesperia Road.

Signature Platters and Teacher Appreciation Plates
Used like a guest book, signature platters are the perfect gift for special occasions: Wedding, Graduation or Anniversary. Depending on the date of the event, you have three options:

DIY:
Paint your piece and have it fired.
Purchase a Porcelaine pen in coordinating colors to gather signatures at the event.
Back the finished piece in the home oven to make the signatures permanent and food safe.

Custom Design:
We’ll design and paint the platter for you. Even include a decal of the wedding or graduation invitation.
You take the fired piece, as above and gather signatures.

Last Minute:
The event is today and you need a last minute gift? We’ve got you covered!
Choose from a variety of plates, platters or bowls.
Take the unfinished piece to the event and gather signatures with washable marker.
Bring back the piece and we’ll finish it for you. We’ll even provide custom design services as above.
Teacher Appreciation:
We’ll come to your class and gather students hand or thumbprints on a platter. Prices start at just $2 per student. You finish the piece at our place, or we’ll finish it for you for a small custom painting fee.

Custom Painting:
Are you looking for a hand-painted ceramic backsplash? Need a special gift and don’t feel you’ve got it in you to create what you really want? We’ll paint it for you. Pricing based on the size of the project and includes consultation with an artist to develop your unique design.

Images
Now you can put your cherished photos on ceramic! But, don’t stop there. We can create an image transfer from your photo, document, or graphic design. Your finished piece will be sepia tone, and completely permanent. It will never scratch off of fade. Images start at just $5, plus a set up and firing fee of $5 per piece.
